Flat Rate Interior Design Packages are customized and detailed room by room interior design plans. I understand that you may already have furniture for the space but need paint color suggestions, accent color recommendations and accessories to make the room really stand out. Or, you may need a full room redesign where I select every item from paint to furniture to finishes. Your specific package cost is determined by the scope of the project along with the size of the space being designed. The amount of your design package will be written into your contract and agreed upon before the work begins. (The flat rate amount is for the designer service fee only). I will work within any budget to design a package that fits within your price range. Clients love this because you are in control of what you purchase and when you purchase items, allowing you to take advantage of sales and promotions. Not to mention, you don’t have to live locally for me to design the room of your dreams. The entire process can be done in-person or virtual. With my easy to follow interior design package, installing the design plan is a breeze!

A product specification and shopping guide to help you stay organized as you shop (Items are selected from retailers based on your personal budget)
A written summary with details on how to implement the designs into your home
